The Crookstown School Running Competition was on Wednesday June 12th.
We did really well getting a few medals in the 100m and 60m individual sprints.
Then it was time for the relay competition. We had eight relay teams running in
the junior and senior boys and girls, 1st and 2nd girls
and boys, 3rd and 4th boys and girls, and 5th
and 6th boys and girls. We did really well in the relays. We had 5
wins 2 second places and 1 third place finishes and over all we won the best
school prize. Thanks to Ms O’Keeffe, Mr Kenny and Mr O’Raoghaill and to all of
the supporters who came. Also well done to all of the runners on such an
amazing day.
